Kevin A. Dare

Kevin Dare is currently a Principal at Rutherford Investments, where Kevin is involved in the acquisition and ownership of apartment and manufactured housing communities in California. Prior to this role, Kevin co-founded Tootelage, Inc and held various management positions in real estate development and investment companies such as Sand Hill Property Company and Citypoint Group, LLC. Kevin also has experience in finance and consulting from their time at Norwest Equities, InterTrust Technologies, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and PIMCO. Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from UCLA.
