Ron Heady

Ron Heady is a seasoned professional in the beverage industry with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently serving as the North Central Division Manager at Rutherford Wine Company since November 2021, Ron oversees operations across 14 states. Prior to this role, Ron was the Midwest Region Manager, handling business in eight states, and served as Sales Manager at Green Door Distilling Co. from January to November 2021. Ron's background includes significant positions such as Region Sales Manager for North Central at Delicato Family Wines and Michigan Manager at Treasury Wine Estates, where Ron was recruited by the division VP. Earlier in Ron's career, achievements included managing the Michigan/Indiana region for the prestigious Robert Mondavi Winery. Ron holds a BA in Business Administration from William Tyndale College.
