Jason Haynes has extensive experience in IT and project management, with roles at Rutland County Council and Smith & Nephew. Jason currently holds the position of Head of IT and IT Operational Manager at Rutland, where Jason oversees daily operations, IT projects, and the transition to a hybrid working model and Microsoft365. Jason also manages Rutland's LLPG and LSG, as well as various GIS and spatial data projects. Prior to Rutland, Jason worked as an IT Support Engineer at Smith & Nephew, where Jason focused on IT support and large scale rollouts. Jason holds a HND in Computer Science from De Montfort University.
