Karen Bland has a wealth of experience in early education and childcare, starting from their time as an NNEB at Y Bont Faen Primary School in the late 1990s. Karen continued their career at Lincolnshire County Council before moving on to Great Casterton Primary School, where Karen worked as an Early Years Teacher. Currently, Karen holds a position at Rutland County Council as the Early Education and Childcare Lead, Early Education and Safeguarding Through Education Officer, and Childcare and Children's Centre Officer. Karen has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Derby, demonstrating their dedication to the field.
