Rikki Parsons currently serves as a Highways Engineer Development Control at Rutland County Council since October 2023 and has held the position of Director at PaRS Engineering since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Rikki accumulated extensive experience at Cambridgeshire County Council, where positions included Highways Development Management Engineer, Project Officer, and Traffic Signals Technician from January 2008 to October 2023. Rikki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Suffolk, earned between 2008 and 2013.
