Sarah De Jong is an experienced therapeutic case manager with over a decade of expertise in providing comprehensive case management services to children and families at Rutland Mental Health Services. Since April 2011, Sarah has coordinated supports for clients in various settings, working toward treatment goals. Previous roles include community skills worker, child respite provider, and crew supervisor at The Tutorial Center, where Sarah managed youth employment programs. Volunteer work at the Rutland County Women's Network and Shelter involved multiple responsibilities, including organizing donations and facilitating projects for shelter residents. Sarah's early experience includes leadership and support roles at Smokey House Center, Camp Vega, and Pine Island Camp. Sarah holds a BA in Sociology/Anthropology from Green Mountain College and has additional education from Castleton University.
