Roxana Nita has extensive experience in sales and customer relations within the electronics industry, currently serving as the Country Manager for Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece at RUTRONIK Electronics Worldwide since January 2011. Roxana has held multiple managerial roles there, demonstrating a commitment to fostering customer relationships through frequent personal contact and systematic customer engagement. Previous positions include roles as a Field Sales Engineer and Team Leader in Internal Sales, where Roxana contributed significantly to customer acquisition and sales optimization. Prior to RUTRONIK, Roxana worked as a Commercial Assistant and Secretary at MEGAPROFIL, managing client communications and sales contracts, and began a career in testing at Flextronics. Roxana's educational background includes a degree in International Economic Affairs from the University "Spiru Haret" and qualifications in Management Assistant and Electronics and Automation.
