Eric Yu

Eric Yu has worked in the tech industry since 2017. In 2017, they were a Software Engineer at PatientBank, where they helped design and implement an app for summarizing patients' medical records. In 2018, they worked as a Front End Engineer at both Facebook and Instagram, where they shipped several new Stories formats to over 90 million users on web. Eric also worked as a Software Engineer at Blend, where they drove the company's primary metric by shipping a dashboard of all fees and costs for each loan to pilot customers. Currently, they are a Co-founder at Rutter, where they are building devtools for the future of commerce.

Eric Yu attended Yale University from 2015 to 2019, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. In 2019, they participated in the Y Combinator S19 program.
