An expert in Human Resources, Manufacturing and Planning, Christ-Aldane joins Rutterkey with an impressive professional background. Working as a Business Analyst for Eagle Picher, Christ specialized in optimizing workflow cross departmentally and provided hands-on “Go Live” support. Her expertise in process re-engineering and time & attendance planning makes Christ a valuable new member of the Rutterkey family.

Working previously with PowerSecure, she created and maintained unique employee schedules, trained over 250 end users and was a Superuser for time & attendance and shop floor reporting. Moreover, Christ served as the planning manager and oversaw the demand loading of the plant, scheduling of SO and material planning.
