Kristina Shen

Kristina Shen serves as Managing Partner at Chemistry, an early-stage investment firm managing $350M and focusing on supporting founders with a combination of technical expertise and commercial instincts since June 2024. In addition to this role, Kristina holds multiple board member positions at companies such as Equals, Rutter, Matik, and Sprig, and has served as Lead Seed Investor at Macro, Decagon, and Relay.app. Currently, Kristina contributes as a Board Observer for Assort Health and was a Board Member for Tennr during its Y Combinator W23 batch. Kristina holds a BA in Operations Research & Management Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
