Hildur Sigurdardottir has over 15 years of experience in human resources and policy, currently serving as the Director of HR at RUV Iceland since January 2020. Prior to this role, Hildur worked as an HR Manager at Arion Bank from May 2012 to January 2020 and held the position of Human Resource Consultant at the Department of Education in Reykjavik City from 2007 to 2012. Hildur began the professional journey as a Research Officer at Children in Scotland from September 2006 to April 2007. Academically, Hildur holds a Master’s degree in Comparative European Public Policy from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Háskóli Íslands, with ongoing studies at Reykjavik University.
