Alissa McShane, MBA has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Alissa began their career as a Server at Outback Steakhouse. In 2012, they also began working at Ruvos, first as an Operations Support Intern, then as a Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, and Operations & Strategic Partnerships. As Project Manager, their client work included managing execution of deliverables, transforming needs and wants into project plans, directing a team, representing a team on the PMO Board, authoring technical documents, leading status calls, navigating competing priorities, and leading Ops & Maintenance projects.
