Lisa A. Strauss, MBA, PMP, has a long and varied career in project management. Lisa A. began their career in 1994 as the President/CEO of Strategic Process Management, Inc. In 2009, they were the IV&V Evaluation for the Dept of Social Services SACWIS for the State of South Carolina. In 2010, they were the Global, Large-Scale SAP Implementation (Purchase to Pay Process) for Dow Chemical, where they provided training, communications, and change management consulting for a multi-milestone, multi-year global SAP implementation. Lisa A. also completed an E-Sourcing data migration and file share cleanup. In 2016, they were a Guest Speaker at Tianjin Foreign Studies University, Dagang Campus, School of International Business. Most recently, they have been a Senior Project Manager at Ruvos since 2020.

Lisa A. also holds certifications from Scrum.org for Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), obtained in June 2020, and from the Project Management Institute for Project Management Professional (PMP), obtained in September 2021. Additionally, they have Dale Carnegie Course and High Impact Presentations certifications, obtained in December 2014, and a Minority, Women & Florida Veteran Business Certification, obtained in February 2015. Lisa A. also holds certifications from BPMInstitute.org for Business Rules Driven Requirements, Business Rules and BDM 101: Incorporating Decisions into BPM, BDM, and SOA, Business Transformation Methodologies: Process Change Management, and Establishing Business Process Governance and Centers of Excellence, all obtained in April 2009. Lastly, they were awarded the 2007 Davis Productivity Award of Distinction from Florida TaxWatch, The Florida Council of 100 and the State of Florida.
