Callie McFee

Callie McFee has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting as an Operations Manager at Big Vanilla Athletic Club in 2007. Callie then moved on to roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager in 2016, AutoNation as a Market Human Resource Manager and later as a Senior Regional Human Resources Manager from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Human Resources Director at Blue Compass RV since June 2021.

Callie McFee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Capella University. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Anne Arundel Community College in 2002. Additionally, they obtained certifications in human resources, including the SHRM-SCP and Senior Professional in Human Resources in 2014.
