Dave Wilmore

Dave Wilmore has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within the automotive, retail, and service industries. Dave started as a District Manager with Pep Boys back in 2000 and rose through the ranks to become the Senior Vice President for Customer Care at AutoNation in 2019. Dave has led different teams, implemented operational initiatives, and consistently exceeded sales and profit goals throughout their career. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President for Service & Parts at Blue Compass RV.
