Milyza Flores

Milyza Flores is an experienced project manager currently leading product development and client relations for a government scheduling application at RVCM (RevaComm) since June 2023. Prior to this, Milyza served as a Fractional Chief of Staff, assisting mission-driven founders with strategy and execution from October 2021 to June 2023. Milyza's background includes a role as a Senior Product Manager at Voice, optimizing user experience, and as New Products Lead at PebblePost, where the launch of two new products generated $7 million in annual revenue. Milyza began a finance career at Goldman Sachs, where recognition included a scholarship for excellence and selection as one of twenty out of 2,000 applicants in investment banking. Milyza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York and Baruch College, along with additional educational experience at the University of Amsterdam and The Bronx High School of Science.
