Lotte Huberts

Lotte Huberts has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Lotte started their career at Rvdb in 2018, participating in their talent development program as an HR Interim Professional. During this program, they fulfilled several temporary HR positions at different companies while also receiving training and coaching to develop their skills as an HR professional.

In 2021, Lotte became a part of Rvdb's HR Consultancy team as an HR Consultant a.i. Lotte worked towards helping organizations excel by providing practical and strategic support in various HR themes such as talent management, strategic personnel planning, and performance management.

In 2022, Lotte joined YoungCapital as an HR Business Partner a.i. through Rvdb, where they continued to contribute their HR expertise.

Prior to these roles, Lotte had worked in various HR positions, including as an HR Project Manager a.i. at Mediq, an HR Advisor a.i. at B&A Groep, an HR Consultant a.i. at Glasnost International, an HR Project Manager a.i. at Cordaan, an HR Advisor a.i. at Warner Bros Entertainment, a Project Manager HR a.i. at PARK NOW Group, and an HR Professional a.i. at BinckBank.

Lotte also gained experience as a Project Manager HR a.i. at SodaStream International, Ltd., where they focused on the implementation of time registration systems and coordinating training courses for managers.

Lotte Huberts began their education in 2010 at Breda University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Leisure Management and Management in Creative Industries. Lotte completed their degree at an unspecified time. In 2016, they enrolled in Tilburg University for a Pre-master program in Human Resource Studies, which they completed in 2017. Following that, Lotte pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University from 2017 to 2018.
