Manon Van Hoesel

Manon Van Hoesel has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Manon began their career at Telfort BV as an HR consultant from September 2001 to January 2005. Manon then worked as a Personeelsconsulent at Cordaan from January 2005 to March 2006.

In 2006, Manon joined Rvdb as an RvdB HR Interim Professional, where they worked on HR projects and assignments for clients across various industries until July 2008. Manon then transitioned to become the Manager of the RvdB Talent Program from August 2008 to December 2010. Following this role, they served as the COO of Rvdb from January 2011 to January 2019. During this time, they also took on the responsibilities of Co-Owner & Chief Innovation Officer from February 2012 onwards.

In 2017, Manon co-founded Alias | We recruit under your name, where they served as a Co-Founder from July 2017 to January 2020. Lastly, they became the CEO of Rvdb from January 2019 to February 2020, leading the business and executing HR consultancy assignments in various industries.

Manon proceeded to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2009 to 2011. Their field of study during their Master's program was Business Administration. In 2015, they briefly attended London Business School, specializing in HR in Transforming Organisations.
