Ramon Doornbos has a range of experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Werkplaatsmedewerker at Pintsch Aben for six months. In 2020, Ramon served as a Junior HR Consultant at BBKwadraat during their studies, where they conducted research and prepared workshops. From 2009 to 2016, they worked as a Winkelmedewerker and then as a Teamleider at Albert Heijn. In 2020, Ramon joined Rvdb as an HR Interim Professional, where they later took on the role of Recruitment Consultant a.i., involving tasks such as mediating HR positions and conducting interviews. In 2021, they became a Manager Operatie at Albert Heijn before transitioning to the role of Assistent Supermarktmanager. Currently, Ramon is working as an HR Medewerker a.i. at Samen Veilig Midden-Nederland.

Ramon Doornbos obtained their VWO-diploma in the field of Natuur & Techniek from RSG Broklede in 2013. Ramon then pursued their Bachelor's degree at Utrecht University, specializing in Klinische psychologie/arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie, which they completed in 2019. Following this, they continued their education at Utrecht University and obtained their Master's degree in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie in 2020.
