Chaimae Mrabet Filali has a diverse work experience starting with their most recent role as a Customer Success Expert at RVezy since May 2023. Chaimae obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Operations Strategy and Management from the Institut Supérieur International de Tourisme de Tanger - ISITT, which they attended from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Higher National Diploma in Management Opérationnel de l'Hôtellerie et de la Restauration, also from ISITT, during the period of 2010 to 2013.

Before pursuing higher education, Chaimae completed their high school education at Lycée Technique Moulay Youssef from 2008 to 2010, where they focused on Sciences Economiques.

In addition to their formal education, Chaimae has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skillset. Chaimae received a certification in Service Excellence from the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation in March 2023. In February 2019, they completed a certification in Digital Marketing Fundamentals from Google Digital Garage. Furthermore, they acquired a certification in Lift-Up in creative thinking and project editing from the Association PACTE in April 2014.
