Ragen McKinney, SPHR

Ragen McKinney, SPHR has a strong background in human resources and training. They currently hold the position of VP of Human Resources and Training at RV Healthcare Solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at St. Augustine Prep from 2019 to 2022.

From 2009 to 2019, Ragen worked at Inspira Health Network, where they held various roles including Director of Urgent Care, Occupational Health and Employee Health Services and Human Resources Manager.

Earlier in their career, Ragen served as a Regional HR Manager at Southeastern Freight Lines from 2004 to 2009. With extensive experience in human resources and training, Ragen McKinney is a valuable asset to any organization.

Ragen McKinney, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the North Carolina State University - College of Management, which they obtained from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in March 2016.
