Alfonso Cabrera

Alfonso Cabrera is a technology leader with extensive experience in security, cloud engineering, and platform development. Currently serving as VP and Head of Security & Corporate Technology at RVO Health, Alfonso has held various roles including Senior Director and Director of Platform Engineering since June 2022. Previously, Alfonso was the Director of Engineering for Cloud Security & Platform at Red Ventures, where leadership included scaling the Internal Tools organization and fostering inclusive team cultures. Other notable positions include Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services and multiple engineering roles at Red Ventures and other technology companies. Alfonso holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management and completed a Code Bootcamp focused on Ruby on Rails at Tech Talent South in 2015.
