Jason Marchiafava

Jason Marchiafava is an experienced professional in program management and strategy, currently serving as Sr. Director of Program Management at RVO Health since July 2022. Previously, Jason held the same title at Optum Store from April 2020 to July 2022 and advanced through various leadership roles at Optum from April 2011 to April 2020, including Senior Director of Strategy, Capabilities & Services, and Director of Strategic Initiatives. Jason's career began at the University of Minnesota, where positions included Coordinator of University Services and Business Operations Supervisor from October 2003 to March 2011. Jason holds an MBA in Operations and Entrepreneurship from the UMN Carlson School of Management, an MFA in Sculpture from Pratt Institute, and a BFA in Sculpture from the University of Minnesota.
