Kristina Schafer Quillin

Kristina Schafer Quillin serves as the Associate Director of Analytics at RVO Health since June 2023, after holding the position of Associate Director of Reporting at Optum from August 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing processes to address complex business challenges and fostering partnerships to drive data-driven decisions. Previously, Kristina was a Senior Analytics Consultant at Lash Group (June 2016 - August 2022), utilizing expertise in analytics strategy and client communications to enhance reporting capabilities and guide teams. A prior role as a Data Analyst at SCOR involved major file transfer migrations, while earlier positions included senior analyst roles at CareCore National and engineering positions at Hensel Phelps Construction Co. and Choate Construction Company. Kristina earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University in 2002.
