Frøya Fuglestad, Assoc CIPD, has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Frøya has held roles in various companies, including RVU, WorldRemit, CMC Markets, Thor Companies, G4 Global Partners, and Activision. In their most recent position as Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at RVU, Frøya was responsible for owning Data and Design hiring across multiple offices and brands. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, overseeing end-to-end hiring for Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Design at RVU. Frøya has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at WorldRemit and CMC Markets, where they engaged in high-growth global scaling and partnered with hiring managers on recruitment processes. In their earlier career, Frøya worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Team Lead at Thor Companies, where they managed IT recruitment and led a team. Frøya also gained experience as a Recruitment Resourcer at G4 Global Partners and as an HR Intern at Activision, where they supported the HR team and contributed to the improvement of the onboarding process.
