Gary Badhams

Gary Badhams is an experienced professional in the fields of project and quantity surveying, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at RW Armstrong since October 2023. Prior to this role, Gary held significant positions including Technical Director - Projects at Rider Levett Bucknall from March 2017 to October 2023, and National Director - Project & Development Services at JLL from November 2015 to March 2017, overseeing operations in the Middle East and North Africa. Gary's earlier experience includes leadership roles at RW Armstrong, DAMAC Properties, and Turner Construction International, with a strong focus on commercial and contractual management across various substantial real estate projects in the MENA region. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton, earned between 1991 and 1995.
