Adam Kleinman

Adam Kleinman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in brand strategy and product development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at RW Thrive since June 2025, Kleinman previously held the position of President at Realityworks, Inc. from May 2024 to June 2025. Kleinman spent over 15 years at Hasbro, where roles included Senior Vice President & General Manager for NERF & Sports Action, as well as various vice president positions focusing on global marketing and brand strategy for well-known brands like Play-Doh and My Little Pony. Kleinman's career began with a sales and marketing internship at PDI Ninth House while pursuing an MBA at Boston College, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kenyon College.
