Shiva Koppula

Shiva Koppula is a skilled Genesys Cloud Developer currently leading the implementation of Genesys Cloud CX at RWaltz Software since June 2024. This role involves migrating systems to the cloud, configuring site and Edge groups, integrating SIP trunks, and developing Architect flows for various communication channels. Prior to this, Shiva served as a Unified Communications Engineer at Accentiqa Systems Pvt. Ltd from June 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included phone provisioning, WebRTC/SIP endpoint deployment, and creating routing policies using Genesys Bot and Amazon Lex. Shiva is pursuing a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence & Business Analytics at The University of Texas at Dallas and also holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Machine Learning from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
