Germain UWIRINGIYEDATA is a seasoned Geographic Information System (GIS) professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a GIS Specialist at REG/EUCL and Rwanda Energy Group since March 2022, Germain has also provided expertise as a GIS Consultant at Geospatial Information and Business Solution Ltd since August 2016 and worked as a GIS Field Engineer at Energy Utility Corporation Ltd from August 2018 to April 2022. Prior experience includes a role as GIS Quality Assurance at Beijing Forever Technology Co., Ltd. Germain holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rwanda and a Certificate in IT from OpenClassrooms, along with ongoing Master's degrees in Big Data Analytics from Adventist University of Central Africa, set to complete in October 2024.
