Hugues Ntwari

Hugues Ntwari is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in software development, having worked in various roles since 2018. Currently, Hugues serves as a Software Engineer at the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) since November 2024. Previous positions include Software Engineer at Bouletteproof and Objectivity, as well as Backend Developer for the Rwanda Build Program. Hugues started a career as a Junior Software Engineer at ComzAfrica and has held multiple software development roles at companies such as Soma Technologies Inc and Awesomity Lab. Additionally, Hugues has a background in human-centered design from a tenure at Co-creation Hub (CcHUB). Hugues holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Rwanda, earned between 2014 and 2018.
