Emery Gasana

Emery Gasana has a diverse work experience in various roles within the aviation and manufacturing industries. Starting in 2007 at Aerosud Aviation Ltd in South Africa, they served as the Head of the Continuous Improvement Team and Industrial Engineer until 2010. In 2011, they moved on to Rwanda Development Board as Division Manager for Manufacturing Development. Shortly after, they joined RwandAir Ltd in roles such as Head of Continuous Improvement, General Manager Operations, and eventually became the Head of Flight Operations Engineering in 2014. Throughout their career, Emery Gasana has demonstrated a strong expertise in operations and continuous improvement.

Emery Gasana completed a Baccalaureus Technologiae (BTECH) in Industrial Engineering at Tshwane University of Technology in 2008. Emery then pursued a BSc (Hons) in Applied Science in Industrial Systems at the University of Pretoria from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in airplane performance analysis and related fields from institutions such as Boeing, Airbus, and Bombardier between 2013 and 2018.
