PH Tan

PH Tan has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 1976, PH Tan was an HR Manager at National Semiconductor Corporation. In 1991, PH Tan moved to Seagate Technology International as a Director of HRM. In 1996, PH Tan became an International Vice President of HRM at Philips Electronics. In 2008, PH Tan was a Group Vice President of HR at ALJ Group (ABDUL LATIF JAMEEL GROUP). From 2011 to 2020, PH Tan was a Group Senior Vice President of Human Resource, Quality, and EHS at Hyflux Ltd. In 2020, PH Tan became the Head HR and OD at RWDC Asia. In 2022, PH Tan moved to the Transformation Team as a Strategic Development Specialist.

PH Tan has a diverse educational background. They obtained a BBA in Business from the University of Victoria, Australia between 1980 and 1983. They then went on to obtain an MBA in International Business and Finance from Oklahoma City University in 1992-1994. More recently, they have attended Senior Executives Programs at INSEAD and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Business and Finance at Oklahoma City University.
