Kerry Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and training across various sectors. Currently serving as the Leader of Organizational Development at RWDI since January 2020, Kerry previously held roles such as Training and Development Specialist at Agricorp and Learning Specialist at Economical Insurance. With a strong background in instructional design from positions at Rogers Communications Inc. and Research In Motion, Kerry has a proven track record in creating engaging training programs and assessing learning needs. Additionally, Kerry's teaching experience at Conestoga College and other educational institutions has contributed to a robust skill set in curriculum development and adult education. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Toronto Mississauga, a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from Brock University, and a Business Management Skills Certificate from Conestoga College.
