John R. Fugazzie

John R. Fugazzie, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development, grants management, and education. Currently serving as the Corporate Manager for Workforce Development and Grants at RWJBarnabas Health, John manages complex grants and builds partnerships to enhance economic development strategies. As an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University's Hispanic Center, John innovatively integrates real-world projects into the learning experience. John is the founder and Chief Community Officer of Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA, advocating for solutions to unemployment issues. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at NJMEP, Executive Director of the Hudson County Jersey City Workforce Development Board, and Program Coordinator for the New Jersey Community College Consortium. John’s career also features leadership positions in retail marketing and food industry management, complemented by an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
