Joseph Delaney

Joseph Delaney has over two decades of extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the AVP of Payroll and Accounts Payable at RWJBarnabas Health since September 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing vendor payments and payroll operations, utilizing PeopleSoft 9. Prior to this role, Joseph Delaney held various senior positions at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority from 1996 to 2014, including Sr. Director of Finance, where responsibilities encompassed managing general accounting, accounts payable for an annual budget of $10 billion, and payroll processing for 70,000 employees. In this capacity, Joseph Delaney implemented a consolidated PeopleSoft Financial ERP system and prepared comprehensive financial reports to safeguard MTA assets.
