Kelly Fernandez, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director of Managed Care and Value-Based Contracting at RWJBarnabas Health since February 2020, following a successful tenure as Director in the same field. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Value Based Programs/Strategic Partnerships at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where responsibilities involved managing value-based initiatives for healthcare systems and aligning provider incentives with patient care outcomes. Kelly's career began at CentraState Healthcare System, managing residency programs, and includes earlier roles in sales and marketing and as a college ambassador at The College of New Jersey. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University, a Healthcare Economics certificate from Harvard Business School Online, and a B.S. in Business Administration-Marketing from The College of New Jersey.
