Kim Lehal started their career as an Associate Solicitor & Team Leader at Blakemores Solicitors in 2007. In 2013, they joined Brethertons Solicitors LLP as an Associate Solicitor, and they later became a Senior Associate in 2018 and a Partner in 2019. Currently, they are working at RWK Goodman as a Partner and Head of International Children since 2023.

Kim Lehal's education history begins with earning a GCSE degree from Myton School, which lasted from 1999 to 2001. Following that, Kim attended Myton School again and obtained A Levels between 2001 and 2003.
