Ericka Womack is a seasoned entertainment professional with extensive experience in performer casting and guest entertainment. Currently serving as Senior Manager at RWS since December 2021, Ericka previously held multiple roles with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from August 2015 to December 2021, including Featured Singer and Featured Performer on various ships. Prior experience includes choreography and performance at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where Ericka managed rehearsals and directed numerous shows. Additionally, Ericka has worked as a contract performer with Event Show Productions and has a foundational background in customer service from a brief tenure at Bank of America. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Studies from the University of Tampa.
