Nicholas U. Scarsella

Nicholas U. Scarsella has extensive work experience in the financial industry. From 2007 to 2019, they worked at Retirement & Wealth Strategies, starting as a Paraplanner and later becoming a Director of Operations and Financial Advisor. In this role, they were responsible for managing the firm's operations and workflow, implementing integrated systems, and providing support and opportunities for advisors to thrive. From 2011 to 2014, they also worked in Investment Research and Portfolio Review at the same company. In 2020, Nicholas became the President of Succession Concepts.
