Carel van Leeuwen

Carel van Leeuwen is an experienced professional with a strong background in cost engineering and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Kostenadviseur IA en IV at RWS GPO since June 2008, Carel has built an extensive career in various roles, including Senior Cost Engineer at RWS and Projectleader at QPS, where projects included Hoogovens and Gemeente Waterleidingen Amsterdam. Prior experience as a Senior Cost Engineer at AMEC from 1973 to 1998 further emphasizes Carel's expertise in the field. Carel holds a Bachelor’s degree in E&I, Industriële Automatiserings technologie from HTS.
