Robbie Eicher

Robbie Eicher is a professional Creative and Production Director currently serving as the Senior Artistic Manager at RWS Entertainment Group, a role they have held since 2009. With a background in drama and musical theater from New York University, Robbie initially pursued a career as a Broadway actor before discovering a passion for behind-the-scenes work in the entertainment industry. Robbie has directed all creative aspects for theme parks, resorts, and special events, collaborating closely with a variety of industry professionals to produce diverse theatrical productions. Prior to their current position, Robbie worked as a Maitre' D at BR Guest Hospitality, building relationships with A-list celebrities and New York's business elite.
