Ryan Saab

Ryan Saab serves as Senior Vice President of Casting at ARC and Senior Vice President of Talent Casting and Recruitment at RWS Entertainment Group. Prior to these roles, Ryan was Head of Casting Operations at Royal Caribbean Group from September 2015 to September 2021. As a co-founder of Stage Door Workshops and Stage Door Connections, Ryan contributed significantly to the development of career resources for performers and industry professionals. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Entertainment Operations at Stage Door Access and Associate Producer with World Dance Movement/Tezoro Productions. Ryan began a career in the corporate sector as a Financial Systems Manager at Weight Watchers from 2002 to 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from the School of Visual Arts, obtained in 2012.
