Amy Long currently serves as Head of Talent Acquisition APAC at RWS Group, a leading provider of technology-enabled language, content management, and intellectual property services, since April 2021. Prior to this role, Amy has accumulated extensive experience in talent acquisition, working as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at SDL plc from June 2017, and held recruitment positions at Alexander Mann Solutions and BRecruit. Earlier career experience includes serving as Project Supervisor at Shanghai Qi Zhi Investment Management Co., LTD. Amy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marine Organism Resources and Environment from Ningbo University in 2013.
