Heather Westerfield

Heather Westerfield is an experienced project manager currently working at RWS Group since January 2024, having previously held the same title at Appen from September 2012 to January 2024, where roles also included Program Manager and Quality Analyst. With a solid foundation in project management, Heather's career began at Butler Hill Group as an Associate Annotator, and further expanded at BBW Southern Belles as Co-Owner and Administrator, promoting size acceptance. Additional experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Asurion, Creative Director at Mediagrif, and Production Manager at Telephone International, along with various positions in graphic design and publishing. Heather holds a diploma from TN Technological Center and graduated from Cumberland County High School.
