Neil Mumford is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Director and Head of EMEA Talent Acquisition at RWS Group since its acquisition of SDL plc in November 2020. With a history of senior roles at SDL plc, including Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Neil has over a decade of experience in the recruitment field, specializing in Information Technology and delivering recruitment services across various sectors. Previous roles include in-house and freelance recruitment positions, with notable experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Hays and a Delivery Manager at People Source Consulting. Neil holds a degree from the University of Chester, earned between 2000 and 2004.
