Suzanne Smith

Suzanne Smith is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal and employee communications. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at RWS Group since November 2020, Suzanne previously held various roles at SDL from 2009 to 2020, including Employee Communications and Experience Manager. Early career experience includes a position as a Customer Support Data Entry at Johnson & Johnson. Suzanne holds a BA in French and Spanish from Cardiff University.
