Lakna Jayasinghe

Lakna Jayasinghe is a Senior UX Researcher and Designer with a Master's degree in Human Factors Psychology. They specialize in creating user-centered solutions by integrating deep user insights with design thinking across various industries, including HR, healthcare, finance, and e-commerce. Previously, Lakna has held roles such as a UX Designer at IFS and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Idaho, where they taught public speaking and effective communication. Currently, they are furthering their expertise with the Google Project Management Certificate while continuing to champion UX best practices at RWWA. Lakna is also committed to mentoring and educating others in the field, promoting collaborative environments that prioritize user needs.
