Mim Svilar has a diverse work experience in the field of technology, primarily focusing on database development, administration, and consulting. mim started their career as a Software Engineer at SunGard Asia Pacific in 1997, where they developed OLTP and batch processing applications. mim then progressed to the role of Software Engineer - Level 3, where they contributed to the design and implementation of database schema changes.

In 2001, Mim transitioned to become a Technical Consultant, responsible for installing and upgrading Oracle DB software and providing training on basic DB tuning. mim later became a Senior Consultant, where they provided technical specifications and training to clients on hardware and application installation.
