Amy Chang

Amy Chang is currently an advisor at RX Delivered Now. Prior to that, they were with Achieve Partners from April 2020 to April 2021 as an advisor and operating partner. Her focus there was on impact-oriented private equity firms that are strategically positioned in talent constrained sectors where last-mile-training can be implemented to create the talent pool needed to accelerate growth. Prior to that, they were with Staffing Industry Analysts from August 2018 to April 2020 as a healthcare analyst. There, they provided coverage of the $18 billion US Healthcare Staffing industry. Amy has also been with Delta Nutrassentials and Start-Up Companies in the past. Currently, they are the Vice President of Strategy & Investor Relations at AMN Healthcare and has been in that role since March 2002. Prior to that, they were a strategy manager at Mitchell Madison Group/marchFIRST from September 1998 to September 2001. Amy started their career as a CPA at KPMG from September 1993 to August 1996.

Amy Chang has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and a BS from the same school. Amy is a CPA (inactive) in the state of California.
