Sean Cute is an accomplished professional in the cannabis industry with extensive experience in cultivation and operational management. Currently serving as Vice President - Head of Product and Vice President - Cultivation Outreach at Rx Green Technologies since February 2024, Sean focuses on optimizing facility operations and enhancing cost efficiency. Previous roles include Chief Production Officer at Fine Fettle, where Sean managed cultivation and production operations, and Vice President / Head of Cultivation at TILT Holdings, innovating cultivation processes across multiple states. Notably, Sean directed cultivation efforts at Affinity, leading to the company's acquisition by Green Thumb Industries Inc., and contributed to the establishment of licensed facilities in San Diego County as Director of Cultivation at Harbor Collective.
